Data we collect
We do not collect personal data directly. If you pick a language from the menu, that preference is saved in your browser’s local storage so the site can remember it; it is not transmitted to us.
Services provided by others
- GetYourGuide. Booking widgets and a partner analytics script are loaded from GetYourGuide so that availability can be displayed and bookings attributed. GetYourGuide may set cookies and process data in line with its own privacy policy.
- Trip.com. Hotel links open Trip.com, which applies its own privacy policy from the moment you arrive there.
- Google Fonts. Fonts are served from Google’s servers, which necessarily see your IP address when delivering them.
- Hosting. Our hosting provider keeps routine server logs — IP address, browser type, requested page — for security and troubleshooting.
Cookies
Kendwa.com itself sets no cookies. Any cookies you receive originate from the GetYourGuide widget and script or from partner websites you choose to visit. You can block or delete them in your browser settings without losing access to our content.
Affiliate tracking
Outbound booking links carry our partner identifier so that GetYourGuide or Trip.com can credit a booking to this site. In return we see summary statistics — numbers of bookings and commission amounts — but never your identity, contact details or payment data.
Children
The site is intended for a general adult audience and is not aimed at children under 13. We do not knowingly gather information about them.
Your rights
Data-protection laws such as the GDPR give you rights to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal data.
